Access to KGOS™ is restricted.
All entities must pass the Governance Readiness Gate™, a paid pass/fail eligibility review designed to determine institutional readiness and system licensing.
The review evaluates:
Enforceable authority
Regulatory exposure
Organizational permanence
Budgetary control
Internal system ownership
The Governance Readiness Gate™ is:
Binary (pass/fail)
Non-remedial
Non-advisory
Entities that do not pass are not eligible for licensing at this time.
