Accessibility & Special Accommodations
Clients with disabilities are welcome to request notarial services. Reasonable accommodations may be available where permitted by Pennsylvania law and where all statutory requirements for a valid notarial act can be satisfied. Any applicable requirements will be reviewed during the intake process.
If a signer is unable to sign their name due to a physical limitation, the document may be executed by signature by mark, as permitted under Pennsylvania law. In such cases, the signer must be accompanied by a qualified witness who is physically present during the notarial act, presents valid government-issued identification, is able to attest to the signer’s identity and intent, and is willing to sign the document as a witness.
