Notarial fees in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania are established by the Department of State. These state-regulated fees apply regardless of service type.

Additional service-related fees (including mobile travel, administrative handling, technology platforms, or after-hours services) may apply and will be disclosed prior to appointment confirmation.

Payment is due upon appointment confirmation and may be made via secure electronic invoice (Stripe), card (Square), or cash.
Accessibility & Special Accommodations
Clients with disabilities are welcome to request notarial services. Reasonable accommodations may be available where permitted by Pennsylvania law and where all statutory requirements for a valid notarial act can be satisfied. Any applicable requirements will be reviewed during the intake process.
If a signer is unable to sign their name due to a physical limitation, the document may be executed by signature by mark, as permitted under Pennsylvania law. In such cases, the signer must be accompanied by a qualified witness who is physically present during the notarial act, presents valid government-issued identification, is able to attest to the signer’s identity and intent, and is willing to sign the document as a witness.
